Intimate Organics Review (Adult)

I decided to try out this Intimate Organics Discover (g-spot gel) because while I was pretty sure I knew where my g-spot was, I also felt like if I was really sure, I'd know. Like when you're a teenager and you're pretty sure you might have had an orgasm that one time? If you've had one, you fucking know. I got to thinking that if I knew where it was, I would know, y'know?

Anyhow, being the hippie that I am, I'm TOTES appreciative of the fact that this gel is made with organic extracts, and doesn't contain parabens, DEA or glycerine. I have super sensitive skin, and I'm very careful about the ingredients in different products that I use, so this is all good.

The gel comes with a pamphlet about the g-spot, which didn't tell me anything I hadn't already read in Cosmo other places, but I'm thinking it should maybe be required reading for men, as it's very specific about both location, and the way the g-spot feels to the touch.

I first tried to use the gel with my fingers. Trying to get the gel onto your g-spot seemed sort of tricky, I felt like most of it got lost on the way. I think this would work well if I was using someone else's fingers, but the angle and the fact that I have small hands made this more awkward than pleasurable (although I do recommend using your fingers to find your g-spot initially, especially if you're not totally sure where/what you're looking for).

Next I decided to do with a g-spot vibrator (the one I have is not on the Eden Fantasys website, but they all look pretty similar). I waited a few minutes between applying the gel and using the vibe, because I was following directions and whatnot. I spent that time experimenting with the gel on my clit. This brought on a tingling sensation, which was followed by heightened sensitivity, so that was quite nice. Once I started using the vibrator, I noticed that my g-spot was much more sensitive as well. With this gel I experienced a much faster, much more intense, and longer lasting orgasm than I normally have from masturbating. PEOPLE! THIS IS FABULOUS NEWS!

The main stimulating ingredient appears to be peppermint oil, so the gel smells minty as a result. It's a thicker, gel consistency, so it does a pretty good job of staying on your fingers. It was not, in my opinion, good on its own as a lube. If using it with a toy, I would use a separate lube as well.
I was very pleased with this experiment. I would definitely buy this product for myself, and recommend it to others. It only requires a small amount, so I think it will last for a long time, and I haven't had to reapply it, so it lasts well in that sense too.

Eden Fantasys provided this gel to me for reviewing purposes, but I was not otherwise compensated. It is my personal opinion that Eden Fantasys is a great company. I'd recommend checking out their website.

Why Mom Drinks Rum June 10, 2009 9:59 AM

Dude, seriously....I'm going to HAVE to drink before looking you in the face now...and not yell GEL GEL GEL BABY!

No really, tell them to send some my way. Now.

Also...peppermint and some men do not mix. In fact...I've heard tell that it BURNS LIKE THE FIREY DEPTHS OF HELL.
